Who we are

UnwrapBook is run by Robusta Digital LTD ("we", "us"). These terms apply to your use of this site and to every order you place with us. By placing an order you agree to them.

What we make

We make personalized comic books about a person you choose, for adults to order as a gift or for themselves. You answer a few questions and add a photo. We create the story and artwork with AI, then have the book printed and sent to you. You must be an adult to order.

Orders and payment

Prices are shown before you pay, in the currency of your region. Payment is taken by our payment provider, Whop. We never see your card details. Your order is accepted when you receive our confirmation email.

AI-generated content

Stories and pictures are made with AI. The free preview shows the style and the kind of likeness you can expect. It is illustrative: the finished book can differ from the preview, a likeness is never exact, and the text or artwork may contain mistakes. Check names and details in the preview, and tell us about a mistake before the book prints.

Printing and delivery

Books are printed and shipped by a print partner. Delivery dates are estimates, not guarantees, and delays by the printer or the courier are outside our control. Please give a correct address and a phone number for the courier.

Cancellation, reprints and refunds

You can cancel before your book is sent to print by writing to us, and we will refund you in full. Once printing has started we usually cannot cancel. Each book is personalized for you, so we cannot take it back or refund a change of mind after it is printed. If your book arrives damaged or with a printing fault, write to us with a photo and we will reprint it or refund you. Rights you have by law that cannot be limited are not affected by these terms.

Your photos and content

You confirm that you have permission to use every photo and detail you give us. For a photo of a child you must be their parent or guardian. You keep your rights in what you give us. You allow us, and the companies that help us, to use it only to make, print, deliver and support your order. You are responsible for what you submit.

Acceptable use

Do not submit content that is unlawful, hateful, abusive, sexually explicit or harmful, that infringes someone else's rights, or that shows a person without their permission. We may refuse or cancel an order for such content. If it has not been printed, we refund you.

Liability

Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law. Otherwise we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, and our total liability for an order is limited to the price you paid for it.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. The date above shows the current version. A change applies to orders placed after it.

Law

Mandatory consumer protection rules of your country apply to you. Otherwise, these terms are governed by the law that applies to the contract between you and Robusta Digital LTD.
