Who we are

Robusta Digital LTD ("we", "us") runs UnwrapBook and is responsible for your personal data as described here.

What we collect

• Your name or the name of the person in the book, and your answers about them.
• Your email address.
• The photo you upload.
• A dedication, if you write one.
• Your shipping address and a phone number for the courier.
• Your order and payment status. Payment details are handled by Whop; we do not see your card number.
• Technical data such as your IP address and browser, and, only if you agree, cookies and analytics data.

Why we use it

To make your book, take payment, print and deliver it, email you about your order or a draft, give support, prevent abuse and meet legal duties. If you accept cookies, to see how the site is used and to measure our ads.

Cookies and analytics

Nothing is switched on unless you accept. If you do, we use PostHog to see how the site is used, and Meta tools (a pixel and server-to-server conversion reports) to measure ads. These may receive your IP address, browser details and the pages and orders involved. You can change your choice any time with "Cookie choices" in the page footer.

Who we share it with

We do not sell your data. Companies that process it for us: Cloudflare (hosting, storage and email sending), Whop (payments), Lulu (printing and shipping, which receive your name, address and phone number), and OpenRouter and the AI model providers it uses (they receive your answers and photo to create the story and artwork). With your consent, PostHog and Meta. These companies may handle data outside your country, under their own safeguards.

How long we keep it

Unfinished drafts and their photos are deleted after 7 days. After an order, photos, answers and book pages are deleted about 30 days after delivery, and in any case 60 days after payment. Print files are deleted after 45 to 90 days. Your contact details are deleted 90 days after the order ships or is cancelled. We may keep payment and tax records for as long as the law requires.

Marketing emails

We do not send marketing emails unless you agree to them later. Any such email would have an unsubscribe link, and you can also write to us.

Your rights

You can ask to see, correct or delete your data, to object to how we use it, and to withdraw consent at any time. Write to us and we will answer. You can also complain to your data protection authority.

Children

The service is for adults. A photo of a child may only be uploaded by their parent or guardian. We do not knowingly collect data from children directly.

We may update this policy. The date above shows the current version.
